Spinpair website launch reveals details of Gemini sync software

Indianapolis - Gemini, Spinpair's premiere product, is a synchronization management system, designed to allow you to quickly and easily maintain multiple copies of the same files and folders on your computer system or even across multiple systems.

Gemini allows you to create multiple synchronization "plans", withinwhich one or more synchronization "actions" can be defined. These sync actions can include two, three, four, or even more directories that you want to synchronize according to certain rules, such as:

* Synchronize missing files (files present in one directory but notanother will be copied)
* Synchronize newer files (the newest version of a file will be copied into all directories that are part of the sync action)
* Synchronize older files (the oldest version of a file will becopied into all directories that are part of the sync action... useful for rolling back data)

In addition, plans can be set up to run on a pre-defined schedule. Perhaps you want to synchronize your data between several different folders on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis for archival purposes. Set the plan up once in Gemini and schedule it, and you're all set! Gemini also provides you with customizable logging and error reporting, so you'll always know the results when your sync plansexecute.
